Emotional Support Animal Letter/Services

At Aspire Psychological, we recognize the vital role Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) play in supporting mental and emotional well-being. Our ESA letter service ensures that individuals who genuinely benefit from an ESA receive proper documentation while maintaining ethical and responsible standards.

ESA Letter Process

  1. Initial Intake Session – A 30-minute interview to assess your emotional and mental health needs.

  2. Mental Health Wellbeing Questionnaires – Completion of validated assessments (BDI, BAI, GAD-7, etc.) to evaluate your mental health condition.

  3. Pet Behavioral Assessment – Conducted separately by Tracy Kay at Fullhouse Dog Training in Riverton, this assessment evaluates whether your pet has a calm demeanor and appropriate temperament. The trainer will determine if your pet is behaviorally fit to support your emotional and mental well-being.

  4. ESA Letter Issuance – If your pet passes the behavioral assessment, we will issue your ESA letter. If not, you have the option to pursue additional training and resume the ESA letter process once your pet meets the behavioral criteria.
